Digital marketing with strategy, consistency and clear measurement.
We design how the right audience will find you, what they will see, where they will go and how the journey will be evaluated — from Google Ads and social media to content, email and affiliate marketing.
Channel choice follows the business
You do not need to be everywhere. You need to be where it makes sense.
Strategy is not a list of platforms. It is a set of choices: which audience matters first, which need we address, which message can be supported by evidence and which next action is worth asking for.
- 01Objective
Sale, lead, visit, registration, repeat purchase or partner-network support.
- 02Audience and moment
Active search needs a different message from someone meeting the brand for the first time.
- 03Destination
The campaign leads to a specific page, product, resource or flow — not automatically to the homepage.
- 04Evidence
We agree which data will allow us to continue, adjust or stop.
Specialist channels, one plan
Six channels with different roles in one customer journey.
The hub sets the direction. Specialist pages retain the depth, deliverables and search intent of each service.
Google Ads
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing supported by reliable conversions, feeds, landing pages and a clear view of actual cost.
Google Ads ↗︎02Social media marketing
Channel selection, a sustainable content system, paid amplification, community operations and consistency between brand and campaign.
Social media marketing ↗︎03Email marketing
Consent-based lists, segmentation, automations and campaigns connected to meaningful stages of the customer lifecycle.
Email marketing ↗︎04Video marketing
Concept, production, formats and efficient reuse of video across ads, social, landing pages and product or service presentations.
Video marketing ↗︎05Content marketing
Content that answers real audience questions, supports SEO/GEO and gives campaigns a useful destination rather than an empty click.
Article marketing ↗︎06Affiliate marketing
Partnership structure, tracking, commission rules, quality controls and an honest assessment of whether the model fits the business.
Affiliate marketing ↗︎Campaigns do not work alone
Advertising is only one part of the system.
Performance is affected by positioning, the offer, creative, landing page, speed, checkout, availability and service. That is why we connect marketing, design and development through one plan with clear responsibilities.
- Landing pages and conversion paths
- eCommerce feeds, catalogue and product data
- Branding, graphic design, photography and video
- Analytics, consent and account ownership
- Technical support and fast corrections
Measurement with context
Good measurement starts before the campaign goes live.
We define events with business value, consent-aware collection, naming, accounts and reporting before data is used for decisions. Attribution reports have limitations, so we reconcile sources rather than treating one dashboard as absolute truth.
A controlled learning loop
From audit to improvement, without losing the logic of the plan.
Every cycle should leave behind better data, clearer decisions and a useful next step.
- 01
Business and data audit
We document objectives, audiences, offer, historical data, accounts, tracking, landing pages and operating constraints.
- 02
Strategy and action plan
We select channels, messages, audiences, creative direction, budget logic and the journey from the first touchpoint to action.
- 03
Setup and production
We organise accounts, consent-aware measurement, feeds, campaigns, content and landing pages with clear ownership.
- 04
Review, learning and improvement
We monitor data quality, test assumptions and move budget only when there is enough evidence to support the decision.
Metrics follow the objective
We do not use the same KPI at every stage.
Likes and clicks matter only when they explain a decision. The metric follows the campaign’s role and the quality of the available evidence.
Relevant reach
Reach within the right audience, video completion, branded search and visits with relevant intent.
Active evaluation
Product views, engaged sessions, visits to critical content and qualified micro-conversions.
Commercial action
Leads, purchases, calls, store visits, conversion quality and cost viewed against margin.
Long-term value
Repeat orders, active customers, unsubscribe quality, customer value and a sustainable lifecycle.
Clear operating rules
The partnership works better when responsibilities are explicit.
We document accounts, budget, production, approvals, data, response times and the exact management scope from the start.
01We do not guarantee rankings, sales or a specific ROAS.
02Media spend remains separate from service fees.
03Accounts and data belong to the business.
04Changes to the website, feed or commercial policy are approved by the responsible owner.
Start with the real constraint
Tell us what needs to change in the business — not merely which channel you want to appear on.
We will review the current position, data, customer journey and technical prerequisites before recommending channels and budget.

Frequently asked questions about digital marketing services.
These answers clarify channel selection, measurement, ownership, budget and the foundations of a useful partnership.
What can a digital marketing service include?
Depending on the objective, it can include strategy, Google Ads, social media, content, email, affiliate marketing, creative production, landing pages, analytics and reporting. Not every business needs every channel.
How do you choose the right channels?
We begin with the audience, product or service, customer journey, available assets, margin, budget and the business’s ability to serve demand. The most popular channel is not always the right one.
Can you manage Google Ads and social media together?
Yes, when both channels serve one coordinated plan. We can also manage a single channel, provided there is a suitable landing page, access to reliable data and a clear objective.
Do you guarantee a specific number of sales or ROAS?
No. Performance depends on the offer, price, competition, seasonality, website, service, availability and data quality. We commit to sound structure, transparent measurement, evidence-led tests and timely communication of findings.
Who owns the advertising accounts?
Your business should remain the owner of Google, Meta, analytics, tag-management, merchant and other accounts. Firstidea receives the required partner access and permissions are documented.
Is media spend included in the management fee?
No, unless a proposal states this explicitly. Advertising spend is paid to the platforms and remains separate from strategy, production, setup and ongoing management fees.
Do we need a new website or landing page?
Not always. We audit the existing experience first. If the message, speed, mobile UX, form or checkout blocks the campaign, we recommend a targeted improvement or a dedicated landing page before increasing spend.
How do you measure conversions under current consent requirements?
We define events with business value, implement consent-aware tags and verify the flow across the website, analytics and advertising platforms. Measurement has limitations and needs regular quality control; it is not a pixel installed once and forgotten.
Can you produce the creative assets?
Yes. Depending on scope, we can provide copy, graphic design, product photography, video, ad variations and landing-page assets under one brand and campaign direction.
How long does a campaign need before it can be evaluated?
There is no universal timeframe. It depends on conversion volume, budget, buying-cycle length, seasonality and data quality. We agree in advance when a test has gathered enough evidence for a decision.
How does digital marketing work with SEO?
SEO builds organic discovery and long-term search coverage. Campaigns can create or capture demand more quickly. Both can share audience research, landing pages, content and data, but they require different evaluation models.
What do you need for an initial assessment?
We need the business objective, priority products or services, markets, current website or eShop, access to or exports from analytics and campaigns, an indicative budget and the main operating constraints.
