Where AI can help
Where AI can help your business.
These are examples we can explore together. Website assistance is covered by the chatbot service; the other capabilities require a separate assessment and project agreement.
Customer experience
Answers about your business, enquiry collection and a suggestion to contact your team when personal assistance is needed.
Commerce content
Draft product descriptions, category copy and SEO titles, following your brand voice and subject to your approval.
Operations & support
Request summaries, classification, priorities and next-action preparation without uncontrolled decisions.
Documents & knowledge
Extraction, classification, summarisation and search across approved documents or internal sources.
CRM & lead flows
Enquiry enrichment, routing, follow-up drafts and connections between forms, CRM and helpdesk systems.
Custom product features
AI-assisted capabilities inside portals, dashboards and web applications with explicit permissions and logs.
Practical AI with explicit boundaries
The need comes first. Then the solution.
We start with the tasks that challenge your team or customers, then decide where AI can help and where a simple automation is enough.
- 01
Begin with a specific need
We identify the task you want to simplify and agree on what a useful result looks like.
- 02
Use the right information
We select the content and data the solution needs and define who may access it.
- 03
Keep you in control
We define which actions need approval and when a visitor should contact your team.
- 04
Measure whether it is useful
We check answer quality, errors and working time against real examples. The value needs to show in everyday use.
Human control by design
You set the boundaries.
Before connecting an AI feature to your systems, we agree which information it can use and which actions it may perform. Checks and approvals are tailored to the project.
- Sources: which information the system may use.
- Permissions: who can view, approve or activate an action.
- Fallbacks: what happens when an answer is not reliable enough.
- Audit: what was requested, proposed and eventually executed.
From idea to controlled rollout
From the first conversation to delivery.
For the chatbot, we provide training, installation, configuration and testing. For a new custom automation, a focused test can first establish whether the idea works.
- 01
Use case & feasibility
We map the current process, expected benefit, available data sources and points of risk.
- 02
Preparation & implementation
We organise the information, configure the chatbot or build the first working version of the custom solution.
- 03
Testing with your team
We test real questions and tasks, check responses and exceptions, and refine what needs attention.
- 04
Delivery & next steps
We deliver the agreed solution and usage guidance. Together, we define how content will be updated and what support is needed.

Frequently asked questions about the Firstidea AI Lab.
What is available, how your information is used and what the service includes.
What is the Firstidea AI Lab?
It brings together Firstidea’s AI services and tools: the available AI Chatbot for WordPress and WooCommerce, custom automations and applications in development, including the AI Store Manager.
Are all AI solutions available today?
The AI Chatbot for WordPress and WooCommerce is offered as a managed service with training, installation and configuration. The AI Store Manager is still in development. AI automations are delivered as custom projects after reviewing the business need and technical feasibility.
Where does an AI chatbot get its information?
We organise your website content, company information and approved documents into the assistant’s knowledge base. For WordPress and WooCommerce, the service includes training, installation, configuration and testing. Together, we define what it may share with visitors and how its knowledge is kept up to date.
Can the AI Store Manager change products or orders by itself?
The AI Store Manager is not yet available. We are designing it to require previews and human approval for critical changes. Final features and permissions will be documented when it is ready.
Do you support WooCommerce and OpenCart?
The AI Chatbot service is currently for WordPress and WooCommerce; an OpenCart version is planned and is not yet available. The AI Store Manager and custom automations are separate initiatives. Their feasibility depends on the installation, extensions, APIs and permissions required.
How is an AI automation different from a conventional automation?
A conventional automation follows deterministic rules and is often the safer option. AI becomes useful for understanding unstructured text, classification, summarisation or drafting. We combine them only where that adds real value.
How do you handle personal and business data?
We first document which information the solution genuinely needs, who may use it, where it is stored and which third-party providers are involved. The architecture and privacy requirements are decided for each project; there is no single safe configuration for every use case.
How much does an AI project cost and how long does it take?
For the chatbot, the proposal depends on training content, features and the needs of your installation. For custom automations, we also assess integrations and testing requirements. Deliverables, cost and timing are agreed before work begins.
Can we begin with a small test?
Yes. For a new custom automation, we can agree on a limited test with a specific goal. The chatbot is already offered as a service and includes testing against your business information.
