Video strategy · production · distribution
Video with a clear role — from the idea to distribution.
We plan and produce video for websites, social media, YouTube and campaigns, with a sound brief, channel-specific versions, captions, technical publishing and measurement.
Objective before camera
Before choosing shots, we decide what the viewer needs to understand.
A video can explain, prove, introduce, activate or build trust. The brief defines one primary audience, one value proposition and the next step.
Format families
The right format follows the job the video needs to do.
We do not start from an arbitrary length or trend. We choose narrative and production according to the actual purpose.
Brand or company video
Presents the business, people, space and value proposition through one coherent narrative.
Product demo
Shows what the product does, how it is used and which problem it solves without inflated claims.
Testimonial or case study
Connects real experience, context and outcome through questions designed to avoid scripted answers.
Explainer & screen capture
Explains services, workflows or software through voice-over, UI capture, motion and clear steps.
Social-first video
Vertical or square content with an effective opening, safe zones, captions and platform-specific versions.
Campaign creative
Produces controlled variants for paid campaigns with different hooks, lengths, CTAs or audiences.
Concept & pre-production
A successful shoot is won before the camera rolls.
Concept, script, storyboard or shot list, locations, contributors, props, schedule and approvals are organised before production.
At the same stage we plan aspect ratios, safe zones, captions, cut-downs and the shots required by the different versions.
Production modes
Production adapts to the message — not the message to the equipment.
We organise filming at the business premises, a selected studio or location, screen capture, motion graphics or mixed production. Each choice has different requirements for time, crew, sound, lighting and releases.
- Interviews, environments, people and processes
- Product, food or service demonstrations
- UI, software and workflow explainers
- Motion graphics, titles and visual systems
Post-production
Editing organises attention and protects the message.
We select shots, rhythm and structure, clean the audio, correct colour and add titles, motion, music and captions according to scope.
Revision rounds, approvers and final lock are agreed so production does not remain in endless review.
Channel versions
One idea, properly adapted to each viewing context.
Website, YouTube, feed, stories, reels and paid placements do not share the same frame, length or viewer behaviour. We deliver only the versions that were agreed and reviewed.
Each export has an explicit filename, aspect ratio, duration, thumbnail or poster and captions where required.
Distribution plan
Video needs the right position, not merely an upload.
We define where it will be published, which content gives it context, which CTA follows, and how it connects to a website, social channel, YouTube, paid campaign, landing page or email.
Website performance
Visual impact should not cost the page its speed or privacy.
We plan a poster image, responsive container, loading strategy, a consent boundary for third-party embeds and suitable hosting or delivery infrastructure.
Autoplay, background video and heavy embeds are used only when they serve the experience without obstructing content or Core Web Vitals.
Captions & accessibility
Video should remain understandable without sound.
We plan captions for prerecorded synchronised content, review timing, speakers and meaningful sounds, and provide a transcript where required.
Visual information also needs to be clear. When essential content only exists in the image, we consider an appropriate description or alternative.
Video SEO & GEO
Search systems need a page, metadata and stable technical signals.
We connect the video to useful visible content, a clear title and description, a high-quality thumbnail, upload date, duration and VideoObject when the page is eligible.
We check file accessibility, thumbnail stability, a sitemap or transcript where appropriate. Structured data supports understanding, but does not guarantee a rich result or ranking.
Measurement
We measure attention together with the next action.
We track start, qualified watch, 25/50/75%, completion, click and downstream action according to the channel and available technical infrastructure.
Definitions are not identical across platforms and no metric proves commercial value on its own. The measurement plan is written before publishing.
Delivery process
From the brief to deliverables that have been reviewed.
Every stage closes with a decision, an owner and a clear output before the next begins.
- 01
Objective & brief
We define audience, message, use, channels, deliverables, constraints, approvals and the measurement approach.
- 02
Concept & pre-production
We build the idea, script, storyboard or shot list, schedule, location, contributors and release plan.
- 03
Production & post
We deliver the agreed filming or animation, followed by edit, sound, colour, captions and QA.
- 04
Delivery & learning
We deliver the correct versions, verify publishing and tracking, and document what the work teaches us.
Rights & boundaries
Rights, files and costs are made explicit before the shoot.
We do not guarantee views, virality, leads, sales or ROI. We agree which production, versions and rights are included and which costs require separate approval.
01 Talent, locations, music licences, voice-over, travel and media spend are separate.
02 Video count, duration, aspect ratios, languages and revision rounds are scoped.
03 Raw footage and editable project files are delivered only when agreed.
04 The business retains ownership of channels, accounts and final files.
Start with the brief
Before requesting “a video”, define what it needs to achieve.
Send us the audience, message, channels, available material, timing and the outcome you consider meaningful.

Core answers before concept, production or distribution begins.
Another question? What does a video marketing service include?
Depending on scope, it may include strategy, concept, script, pre-production, filming, editing, sound, colour, motion graphics, captions, channel versions, publishing and a measurement plan.
Do you also handle video production?
Yes. Production can take place at the business premises, a selected studio or location, through screen capture, motion graphics or a combination. The exact production model is agreed in the brief.
Do you have your own studio?
We do not treat a studio as a requirement for every project. We select the space, equipment and collaborators according to the result the specific video needs, and agree them before production.
Can one shoot create content for several channels?
Yes, when planned during pre-production. Composition, safe zones, shots and script must support 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 or 9:16 without weakening the message.
Are captions and transcripts included?
They can be. Captions, transcripts and language versions are defined as explicit deliverables, with separate text and synchronisation review.
What does video SEO require?
It needs a page with useful visible content, a stable thumbnail, accurate title and description, accessible video, VideoObject when eligible and, where relevant, a video sitemap or transcript.
Does VideoObject guarantee a video rich result?
No. Structured data helps search engines understand the video, but Google does not guarantee a rich result or a particular ranking.
How do you measure video performance?
We agree in advance what success means: start, qualified watch, completion, click, lead, sale or another action. Definitions and limitations differ by platform.
Do you guarantee views, virality, leads or sales?
No. Good production and distribution improve the conditions, but results depend on audience, offer, media spend, channel, timing and competition.
Who owns the final files and accounts?
The business retains channel ownership and receives the agreed final files. Raw footage and editable project files are delivered only when they are explicitly included in scope.
Are talent, locations, music and voice-over included?
Not automatically. Talent, locations, music licences, voice-over, travel, props and specialist equipment are scoped and approved separately when required.
Can you improve existing footage?
Yes, after reviewing quality, rights and technical characteristics. We can produce a new edit, cut-downs, captions, colour, sound cleanup or additional versions without pretending every problem can be fixed in post.
