Reservation system and availability calendars
The reservation list and availability calendars will allow you to identify and separate specific reservations, with easy access to their details. Reservations coming from externally connected channels such as Booking.com will be displayed with their corresponding icon.
Fast bookings: A new booking can be entered either by the customer or by the manager/hotelier themselves in just a few seconds. Thanks to the quick booking form, you can create new bookings on the fly and assign them to new or existing customers with the option of a special price.
Deactivating reservations/Closing rooms: the management environment offers the option to close certain rooms for certain dates and to register reservations that you have taken by phone or generally offline.
Bookings are exported in ICS and CSV formats: all bookings can be exported with various filters such as status, date, check-in, etc.
The ICS format is used by any calendar application, such as iCalendar, Google Calendar, Yahoo! Calendar, and many others.
CSV files, on the other hand, are very easy to read with programs such as Excel, OpenOffice, Numbers, LibreOffice, etc.

We know what tools and options are offered to hotels by portals such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, etc., and we have added support for any pricing policy. This way, our customers feel very familiar with the system’s management from the outset.
You can set prices per length of stay (LOS Pricing), per rental (Occupancy Pricing), or per day (Per Day Pricing)
Per Day Pricing: This way, every day of the year can have its own price. So you can have a different price for weekends, holidays, etc.
Prices per Night depending on length of stay: Set the exact cost based on the length of stay. For example, €80 for one night, €150 for two nights, etc.
Prices per Occupancy: It is possible to set different costs per number of people occupying the rented space. For example, if only one person rents a space intended for two, you can set a special discount.
Children’s ages: You can set different prices for different ages of children.
Seasonal prices and offers: you can easily set specific special price packages for Seasons/Holiday periods/Weekends/Holidays. Set percentage charges or fixed amounts for any dates you want. Similar mechanisms are used by portals such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb etc…
Reservation restrictions: Many hotels/hostels need this feature so they can set specific restrictions on their reservations, such as minimum or maximum length of stay.
