QR + NFC / Brand activation

QR & NFC that connect your space with the next action.

We plan QR and NFC touchpoints for stores, hospitality and professional meetings: from the message on the object to the page that opens on a phone. Start with the action you want to make easier.

Applications

Give every scan a clear purpose.

Choose the action that helps your customer at that particular moment.

01

At the counter

A QR code on packaging or an NFC stand can open product instructions, a useful offer or your business review page. The message on the object explains what the customer will find.

02

At the table or reception

Give guests direct access to a menu, practical information or a booking page. A page designed for mobile makes the next step easier than searching through an entire website.

03

At a meeting or event

A card or printed display can lead to a professional profile, a portfolio or an enquiry form. Use a destination tailored to the conversation and offer a clear way to stay in touch.

Your setup

From the physical object to the page it opens.

We agree the scope before implementation, whether you need one touchpoint or a coordinated set.

01

Format & design

We select QR, NFC or a combination, then plan the format, placement and call to action around your brand. Materials, quantities and any production requirements are agreed for your specific application.

02

Digital destination

We organise the content and contact options on an existing page, an AboutMe profile or a custom landing page. A new page or integration is scoped separately when the application needs it.

03

Checks & handover

We check scanning, NFC reading on compatible devices, links and the mobile journey. We explain how the destination is maintained and agree who owns future content updates and support.

How we work

A practical route from idea to use.

Tell us where the touchpoint will be used and what you want someone to do after opening it.

01

Define the action

We identify the audience, location, desired action and existing website or profile. This determines whether a ready-made product is enough or a tailored setup makes more sense.

02

Build & test

We prepare the agreed design and destination, then test a sample in its intended context before wider use. Readability, placement and the clarity of the next step matter as much as the technology.

03

Launch & review

After delivery, we review the page journey and any agreed measurement. Where analytics and consent allow, visits and enquiry actions can inform improvements; a scan alone is not a sale or a lead.

FAQ

Before your first scan.

Practical answers about compatibility, updates and the scope of your setup.

QR or NFC: which should I choose?

QR is scanned with a phone camera. NFC opens the destination by bringing a compatible phone close to the tag, with NFC enabled where required. Using both gives visitors an alternative way to open the same page.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. We can use an existing suitable page or an AboutMe profile. A custom landing page is useful when the application needs different content, a dedicated form or a more specific journey.

Can I update the information later?

Content at the same web address can be updated without changing the printed QR code. Changing the address itself depends on whether the setup uses a managed redirect or a rewritable NFC tag; we clarify this before production.

How much does a setup cost?

Ready-made products are purchased through aboutme.gr, where current product details and prices are listed. Custom work is quoted according to design, quantities, page content, integrations and support. Send us the intended use and approximate quantity.

Does opening the page require internet access?

A web destination needs an internet connection to load. NFC compatibility, phone settings and the material around the tag also affect use, so the final format should be tested in the environment where it will be placed.
