Website speed / Core Web Vitals
Website speed optimization with measurements before and after.
We identify what is genuinely slowing down your website or store and improve the front end, images, scripts, caching, database and server without generic promises or blind interventions.
When a performance audit matters
When users can feel the delay, but its cause remains unclear.
A slow website rarely has one isolated problem. We measure different templates and real journeys before recommending changes.
- 01
The first load takes too long
The primary information or main visual appears slowly, particularly on a mobile connection.
- 02
The page is slow to respond
Heavy JavaScript, third-party scripts or complex components delay clicks, filters and important actions.
- 03
The layout moves while loading
Images, fonts, banners or embeds shift content and make the experience feel unpredictable.
- 04
The store slows down as usage grows
Queries, catalogue filters, plugins, the database and checkout need to be assessed together — not hidden behind another generic cache setting.
Performance audit / implementation
We assess the complete loading path.
We do not apply one recipe everywhere. The final scope follows the evidence, the platform and the importance of each function.
Front end & critical path
CSS, JavaScript, fonts, DOM complexity, rendering and loading priorities that affect the first useful result.
Images & media
Correct dimensions, modern formats, responsive sources, lazy loading and proper priority for the real hero asset.
Cache, CDN & server
Page and object caching, headers, CDN, compression, PHP, the web server and hosting behaviour for the specific platform.
Database & application
Slow queries, autoloaded data, cron jobs, catalogue logic, plugins, extensions and integrations that add cost to everyday use.
Third-party cost
Analytics, consent, chat, advertising, maps and embeds are assessed against their value and the performance budget they consume.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP and CLS are reviewed using lab and field data, by template, device and critical journey.
Measure before changing
A useful before-and-after comparison uses the same conditions.
We record representative URLs, devices and flows. We combine lab measurements with available real-user data and repeat the checks after implementation.
The same templates and journeys
Homepage, landing pages, categories, products, checkout or critical functions are compared consistently.
Technical cause, not only a score
Each problem is linked to an asset, query, script, configuration or architecture decision.
Regression check
We verify that the improvement did not break design, tracking, SEO, forms, search or checkout.
Clear deliverable
We document what changed, what was measured and which remaining items deserve a future improvement cycle.
Platform-aware optimization
The same measurement, different technical decisions.
Performance work is not the same in WooCommerce, OpenCart, Joomla and a custom application.
WordPress & WooCommerce
Theme, Gutenberg blocks, plugins, queries, checkout, cart fragments and scheduled tasks are assessed as one connected system.
WordPress & WooCommerce support ↗︎02OpenCart
Catalogue queries, filters, extensions, events, themes, the image pipeline and checkout are reviewed without disrupting commercial operations.
OpenCart support ↗︎03Joomla & existing CMS platforms
Template, extensions, caching layers, database and hosting are assessed before deciding what should be repaired and what needs replacement.
Existing website takeover ↗︎04Custom websites & applications
Bundles, APIs, rendering, database calls and deployment architecture are measured against the application’s real workflow.
Custom web development ↗︎From measurement to verification
Five stages, protecting functionality at every step.
A performance project is complete when we know not only what changed, but what improved without unwanted side effects.
- 01
Baseline
We record the current state across representative pages, devices and important user journeys.
- 02
Bottlenecks
We separate root causes from symptoms and estimate impact, risk and implementation effort.
- 03
Implementation
We deliver the agreed changes in controlled steps while protecting functionality, SEO and checkout.
- 04
Verification
We repeat the same measurements, check for regressions and provide a clear before-and-after view.
- 05
Monitoring
Where appropriate, we track performance so new scripts, plugins or content do not undo the improvement.

Frequently asked questions about website speed optimization.
Realistic expectations, a clear scope and measurements that can be repeated.
What does website speed optimization include?
It starts with a technical audit and repeatable measurements. Depending on the findings, the work may include front-end changes, images and fonts, JavaScript, caching, CDN, database, server configuration, plugins or extensions and third-party script review.
Can you guarantee a score of 100 in PageSpeed Insights?
No. A score of 100 is not always achievable and is not a business objective on its own. We commit to an evidence-led diagnosis, agreed interventions and repeated measurements — not to an isolated number.
What are Core Web Vitals?
They are Google metrics for important aspects of the experience: how quickly the main content appears, how promptly the page responds and how stable the layout remains. We assess them together with the purpose and functionality of each template.
Is installing a cache plugin enough?
It can help, but it cannot solve every bottleneck. Slow queries, excessive JavaScript, unsuitable images, third-party scripts, hosting or application-level issues require different interventions.
Do you optimize WordPress, WooCommerce and OpenCart?
Yes. We work with WordPress and WooCommerce, OpenCart, Joomla and custom websites or web applications. The technical plan is adapted to the platform and the way it is actually used.
Will optimization affect the design or functionality?
The aim is to preserve the intended design and functionality. Every change is tested across critical templates and flows. If an improvement requires a visible compromise, it is agreed before implementation.
How long does website speed optimization take?
It depends on the platform, hosting, templates, integrations and the extent of the problems. After the audit, we provide a specific scope, priorities and time estimate.
Does speed affect SEO and sales?
A good experience and sound technical health support organic performance and reduce friction in critical journeys. We do not attribute every change to one factor; we connect performance, content, search intent and conversion data.
Do you provide ongoing monitoring?
Yes, when the project requires it. We can define monitoring and recurring checks, particularly for eCommerce sites and platforms that change often or depend on several external tools.
