How does the NFC product work?
A compatible phone opens the assigned digital destination with a tap. Every product also includes a QR route so the experience does not depend on NFC support.
Can the destination be changed later?
The digital destination can be managed without replacing the physical item, subject to the selected setup and service arrangement.
Where is the digital profile hosted, and does it need renewal?
The digital profile is hosted on AboutMe. The first year is included. Continued hosting and support require renewal after notification, with no automatic charge. Without renewal, hosting and support end when the active period expires. The physical card remains reusable; the digital service has a defined term. Profiles hosted within an existing website are covered by the technical quote. Current renewal terms and pricing are available on AboutMe.
Where are standard orders completed?
Standard online orders are handled by aboutme.gr, which owns prices, cart and checkout. If the buy button is available, it opens this exact product there; if it is not shown, request a business quote. The current AboutMe checkout is in Greek.
What if I need multiple cards or custom branding?
Use the business-quote button for quantities, custom design, team profiles, deadlines or another tailored setup. Firstidea will review the requirements before proposing the appropriate route.
Is it compatible with every phone?
It works with most modern NFC-enabled iPhone and Android devices. The QR code provides an alternative access route without requiring an app.
Can it be customized to my brand?
Yes. Both the physical card and the digital-profile presentation are organized around your logo, colors and actual communication needs.
What is included with the NFC Business Card?
The standard route includes the physical NFC card, custom artwork for the card faces, QR fallback and connection to the reviewed digital destination. Any additional profile, team or production requirements are confirmed before ordering.
Do I need to install an app?
No. A compatible phone opens the destination through NFC, while the printed QR code provides a universal camera-based alternative.
