The accepted proposal, agreement or statement of work defines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees and takes precedence where it contains more specific terms.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope and deliverables<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firstidea provides only the services and deliverables described in the accepted proposal. New functionality, pages, content, migration, integration or revision rounds are scope changes unless expressly included.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client responsibilities<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client provides timely access, content, approvals, lawful usage rights and accurate business rules. Delays or incomplete inputs may move the delivery schedule.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees, payment and change control<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fees, instalments, taxes and payment terms are defined in the proposal or invoice. Additional work starts after estimate and approval. Late payment may suspend non-critical work as allowed by the agreement.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third-party software and services<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CMSs, plugins, themes, fonts, APIs, hosting, payment, courier and other third-party services have their own licences, prices and service levels. Future third-party changes may require additional work.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery, review and acceptance<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client reviews deliverables in the agreed environment and reports documented deviations within the review period stated in the proposal. Preferences or new requirements are not necessarily defects.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support, ownership and access<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Post-delivery support is provided only when included or agreed separately. Ownership and licences are defined per deliverable; pre-existing tools, libraries and third-party rights are not transferred beyond their licences.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liability, termination and law<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each party remains responsible for its obligations.
